Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Due to the handmade and delicate nature of our reborn babies, all returned items must be in the same condition as received, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all approved returns.

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours at hi@rebornart.com with photos of the damage and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

European Union 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, undamaged, with all accessories and original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Refunds

If a refund is approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, minus the restocking fee. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund, please contact us at hi@rebornart.com.
